Brand communication that becomes the school curriculum

Glico is a Japanese giant food company who supports kids and families’ every day with delicious snacks and beverages.

“Pucchin Pudding” is a long time best seller as a refrigerated dessert. It is known for the communication with the iconic brand song by Scatman in 1995.

Glico wanted to create the the communication for new generation to pass the legacy of iconic Scatman brand song.

We created the dance videos for kids to learn “crème caramel pudding dance” with the iconic song.

Dance education is a part of new educational program added to official Japanese school curriculum. The videos cast instructor and kids dancers. It teaches different choreograph based on the academic year of the kids.

Later, the dance and song were used as a part of dance education at actual primary schools, and the kids enjoy dancing together with iconic song.
